Cegep Beauce-Appalache's Social Science Program Raises More Than $20,000 for Educational Trips
The Social Science program at Cegep Beauce-Appalaches has raised more than $20,000 for educational trips. Even though this is their 15th trip, they only started using FundScrip in November 2013. "FundScrip has also become the most effective way to finance our trips, especially by doing it long term " said FundScrip group administrator Jonathan Roy Marois. These educational trips are organized in conjunction with the Integrative Seminar course which gives the students the opportunity to put into practice some of the social science methods that they’ve learned, with the goal of tackling various issues that exist at their destination.
Recently visited destinations include London and Greece, with a Spain visit being planned for this month, in May, 2016.
