Rules - Win a $50 Gift Card of Your Choice for Valentine's Day

The “Win a $50 Gift Card of Your Choice for Valentine's Day! ” Contest (the “Contest”) runs from Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 10AM ET until Monday, February 12, 2024, at 4PM ET (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is run by Fundstream Inc. (the “Sponsor”).

To be eligible (an “Eligible Person”) you must be a legal resident of Canada, have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence at the start of the Contest Period, and be a registered FundScrip supporter or group administrator. You are not an Eligible Person if you are an employee, director, representative, or agent of the Sponsor, or an immediate family member of the above persons. No purchase necessary. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Maximum limit of two (2) entries per Eligible Person.

An Eligible Person may enter the Contest by:

• “Liking” the contest Facebook post titled “Win a $50 Gift Card of Your Choice for Valentine's Day! / Gagnez une carte-cadeau de votre choix de 50 $ pour la Saint-Valentin!” found at: www.facebook.com/fundscrip
• Commenting on the contest Facebook post titled “Win a $50 Gift Card of Your Choice for Valentine's Day! / Gagnez une carte-cadeau de votre choix de 50 $ pour la Saint-Valentin!” which FundScrip retailer's gift card he/she would like. The participating retailer list can be found at: www.fundscrip.com/retailers.
• The person must be a registered FundScrip supporter or group administrator.

or/and by:

• “Following” the FundScrip Instagram page found at: https://www.instagram.com/fundscrip
• “Liking” the contest Instagram picture.
• Commenting on the Instagram post titled “Win a $50 Gift Card of Your Choice for Valentine's Day! / Gagnez une carte-cadeau de votre choix de 50 $ pour la Saint-Valentin!” which FundScrip retailer's gift card he/she would like and by « tagging » two other Instagram users. The participating retailer list can be found at: www.fundscrip.com/retailers.

There is one (1) prize available to be won. The prize consists of one (1) or multiple plastic gift card(s) of the winner’s choice for a total value of $50 CAD (the “Prize”). The winner can choose any retailer from the list of retailers found at: http://www.fundscrip.com/retailers. The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Sponsor will notify the winner by replying to the winner's comment on either Facebook or Instagram. The selected entrant will contact the Sponsor by Facebook or Instagram direct message, within a period of not more than thirty (30) calendar days. If contact cannot be made within 30 days, another winner will be selected; and the initial winner will be disqualified. In order to be declared the winner, the selected entrant who is an Eligible Person will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question, to be sent via direct message. The Prize will be delivered via mail, at no cost to the winner, to the Canadian address of their choice.

On Wednesday, February 14, 2024, a random computerized drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place at the Sponsor’s head office in Montreal, Quebec. The selected entrant will be notified in accordance with the terms and procedures outlined in the Prize Claim Conditions herein. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

By participating in the Contest, all entrants release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor & others from any and all liability, injuries, claims, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind, whether to property or person, arising directly or indirectly out of the acceptance, possession, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of the prize and participation in this competition including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity, misappropriation of personality and privacy. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and reject any and all entries considered unsuitable or unqualified for the competition.

Participation in the Contest is considered a complete release of Facebook and Instagram by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use his/her name, city, and province of residence for publicity purposes.
